This image is of a young girl standing alone surrounded by trees with the moonlight shining down on her. I believe that this image were incidental, and that the subject matter could have been imagined, remembered or observed directly. It has been treated very realistically as all the objects in the image are natural and have not been manipulated in any way.
This image could have various meanings to it, one of which could be that the artist is trying to portray a sense of neglect, loneliness and possible abuse within the young girl. This could possible be based upon the artists own personal experiences and past. It could also have a completely opposite meaning, in that the young girl feels happy and comfortable within their own child like fantasy world.
The image has been arranged by the young girl being in the centre of the image with the forests surrounding her and the moonlight shining down central on her. This therefore affirms the message being sent out very well. A very natural colour scheme has been used, as nothing has been edited, although it is a very dark and morbid setting. The main aspect to this image is the young girl; this has been portrayed by the young girl being placed in the centre of the image with the moon light shining down on top of her making her the centre of attention. The image is very satisfying as a whole as the message being sent out is very effective and strong.
The artist would have had to plan ahead as they would need to arrange the setting and the best positioning and also catch the image when the moon is out and in the exact place intended and needed. Or there is the possibility that it were not planned at all, and purely just spur of the moment, whilst being in the right location at the right time. This image has not been manipulated, as it has all been set in a natural habitat with natural objects.
It is very effective on the viewer as it gives a sense of sadness and pity towards the young girl. It is also very possible for you to visualize yourself within the image and empathise with the young girl. The artist portrayed these emotions with the use of dark and morbid settings creating a very chilling, lonely and sad atmosphere.
The artist in which created this image could possibly be trying to send across a message to the viewers who have been in this position, feeling a sense of neglect, loneliness and abuse, that they are no longer alone and that there are others out there who have been in that exact same position. This could therefore create a sense of relief and comfort for those particular viewers.
I am not aware of where or when this image was taken besides the fact that it were obviously taken within a rural natural habit area. It is very in keeping with the particular style of this artists work.
I could use this image towards my own work by adapting certain surroundings, colour and shades to portray a particular mood and feeling.

seriously there is no need to worry i feel very passionately by art and i wouldnt like my own work to be taken in vain so i wouldnt do that to people. Hense why i always ask permission before hand and i only use them to analyse to show i have researched other artist work cos my theme is very similar to that picture in which you created. As you will see from one of my images. But you seriously have nothing to worry about anyways seeming as u have water marker all your work. Would it be ok if i done a critical analysis on that one image and then sent you it once i have completed it?
